I can't believe the reviews this app is getting! Okay, it's cheap and has a lot of features, I'll give them that. But the support? Don't even get me started. They assigned the wrong courier to a bunch of my tracking numbers and then told me to make sure I was using the right one! As if I don't know my own courier! They even suggested I was using DB Schenker

This app is seriously shady! They redirect my customers to their own site without my permission, and support totally ignores me about it. Plus, they added "17track" as a carrier, which is still stuck on my tracking page even after I uninstalled their app! They even have the nerve to ask for a 5-star review just to remove their branding! Talk about desperate
