Okay, so bumping this up to 3 stars because Dorina from customer support was amazing! She really went above and beyond to get me a refund, especially after the nightmare experience I had. Honestly, AutoDS was a huge letdown. I signed up for this "mentorship program," never heard back from anyone, but they still charged me for it! They never mentioned any

It works alright, but took some time to figure out. Biggest heads-up - if you need a refund from their auto-ordering, good luck! They make you jump through hoops and even then, take a cut. Just be sure before you auto-order anything! Otherwise, shipping's fine.

This app has been a real pain! So many issues and frustrating features. On the plus side, Dorina from their support team has been amazing! Super responsive and helpful, always there to fix problems and explain things. However, I'm still not convinced this platform is right for us, especially for TikTok Shop. The compliance issues and having to self-order
