Seriously unhappy. We're on the "$49 per month" plan and purposely set a 239,000 impression limit in the app to avoid going over. FOMO charged us $129 in December (317k impressions for Nov-Dec) and $70 in January (214k impressions for Dec-Jan). How did we go so far over in Nov-Dec (317k)? Been using FOMO for ages, three years to be exact, and it's been great. Only thing is, my developer pointed out that it adds a tiny bit of load time, like half a second. Seems it's the second slowest loading app after my review app, at least according to our tests.

So I messed up and accidentally subscribed. They charged me right away, and even though the payment was still pending, they wouldn't give me a refund because they're "a startup." Seriously? Plenty of other apps out there do the same thing for way cheaper and actually have decent customer service!

Seriously, watch out for Fomo's pricing! The page (https://fomo.com/pricing) doesn't tell the whole story. They hit me with all these extra charges ($10 a pop!) because I went over some hidden notification limit.
