This app could be so much better! It has the features, but it's way too complicated to figure out. And customer service? Forget about it, they're useless. There are a bunch of things I want to tweak with the autocomplete and search results, but I can't for the life of me figure out how.

This app was costing me $100 a month and wasn't even working right! Tried contacting support twice before getting a response. They basically said it was another app's fault and I should contact them instead of, you know, actually trying to help. Uninstalled and went with a different app immediately.

Instant Search+ is great...once you finally get it up and running. Moving our data to a new Shopify store was a total nightmare though! What a headache.

My Google PageSpeed scores are way worse on collection pages using Fast Simon compared to Shopify's standard pages. Fast Simon just blames it on my store and won't do anything about it! And they promised a 60% sales boost – more like 30% if I'm being generous. Good thing Shopify has similar features built-in now, for free! I'm switching over ASAP.
