We switched to this app from Stamped because Stamped was just getting way too expensive. This app does the job, and we've actually seen a real improvement in how many reviews we're getting. Plus, being able to reply to customers is a huge plus! The only thing I'm not crazy about is how the overall review scores look, could be a bit better visually. But hone

Really happy with the switch from Stamped! The price and interface are way better here. Everything is smooth and easy to use, and grouping reviews actually works (unlike Stamped...). One thing I miss is the widgets Stamped had. Would love a homepage widget to show off my reviews and ratings, and an email footer widget. I made my own, but it took some code

Really like Junip, it's simple and it works. Support is awesome too. Our old system was a pain and cost more. Happy we switched!

Love the clean and simple design, way better than those clunky apps like Yotpo and Stamped. Support is amazing, they're super friendly and helpful whether you're a techie or just a regular store owner. Plus, it works with Google snippets, which is a huge bonus!
