Ugh, talk about a Black Friday fail! So frustrating that the automatic discount doesn't work with BOGO deals - totally killed my shopping vibe. Why even have a sale if the codes don't work?! At least Nisha in customer service was super helpful, gotta give credit where it's due.

This app would be great if it wasn't for this one annoying thing! When a buyer sends text through the text box, it doesn't keep the line breaks. It shows up as this massive wall of text, totally impossible to use. If they fixed that, I'd come back in a heartbeat!

This app would be awesome if it worked with Zapiet Pickup and Delivery! Guess I gotta keep looking. A heads-up about apps it doesn't play nice with would've saved me some serious time!

The app itself is pretty good, lots of features, but it's missing some basic e-commerce stuff you see everywhere else. Support's a mixed bag. Sometimes you get someone who knows their stuff, other times... not so much. Technical questions are usually fine, but the simpler ones? Their online support is seriously lacking. Customer service takes forever to get back to you! And get this - I couldn't even use a discount code because I needed custom options. Talk about a business killer!
