Love the customer service - Rafael was awesome and solved my issues in a flash! The only thing bugging me is the syncing. Shopify fees and sales receipts come through as separate transactions, and QBO doesn't automatically combine them into one deposit. Support is amazing! Both ROM and Sherwin were super helpful and answered my questions quickly. 5 stars for them! The app itself is just okay, maybe a 3. It needs some work, especially when using bundle item SKUs in QuickBooks.

Got my transaction unstuck today thanks to the chat feature and Rom! He was so helpful and patient, really took the time to figure out what was going on and get it completely resolved. Really appreciate him going the extra mile for me!

Setting up the Connector hasn't exactly been a walk in the park, still running into a few bumps, but gotta give kudos to Sherwin in Support - they've been amazing!
