This app was great, worked perfectly, until now. I'm using the free plan, imported reviews for maybe 10 products and everything was fine. Now, the reviews just won't show up for any new products I add!

This app is really nice for customizing the look of reviews and Q&A, but it's seriously lacking in spam control! We're getting bombarded with junk, like the same one-character "question" posted over and over. We've asked for help with filtering, but haven't heard back. This app is a complete waste of time! They lure you in with promises of bulk importing, but it doesn't even work! I have so many products and thought this app would help, but nope. They hit you with a charge immediately, and then tell you to upgrade if you want to import more than a handful of products. Oh, and even the "unlimited" plan doesn't actually work
