Seriously, RUN from this app! My order has been stuck in "production" for 22 days! I've been messaging them every single day for the past 12 days, and they just ignore me. They won't even refund my order! Don't make the same mistake I did - their production times are a joke, and their customer service is nonexistent.

Alright, so update time! YOYCOL actually got back to me and refunded my money, promising it wouldn't happen again. I'm gonna give them another shot and place one more order, just to see. Like I said before, their stuff is good quality and the prices are great. I'll keep you posted on the new order and how long it takes, going with express shipping this time.
