Okay, so the app looks great, really nice designs, but it just didn't work. I wasn't getting new leads added as customers in Shopify and the welcome emails weren't being sent, even though I set everything up like it said. Support told me to reinstall – seriously? – which didn't even work. Then they wanted to get into my Shopify backend? Way too invasive f

This app is kind of a bummer. You only get 1,000 views with the free plan, which wouldn't be so bad, but they count it as a view even if the visitor doesn't actually see the popup. I blew through my 1,000 views in a day and I'm not even sure anyone saw my popup! What's the point of having it if it's not even showing up for people?

This popup app is hands down the most integrated with Shopify! I haven't found anything else that comes close. But, there are a few things that bug me: support takes forever to get back to you (like, more than 24 hours!), it doesn't support SVGs (which is kinda crazy these days), the editor is a pain to use, and the templates are seriously basic. This app is a NIGHTMARE, and the owners are even worse! It all started when they claimed my PayPal payment didn't go through and made me pay AGAIN with my credit card.
